How do I place an order?
On the homepage, click on your category of choice.
Click on an item to view it.
Choose your color and size. Then click"ADD TO CART".
Click on the Bag icon.
Check your order and click"CHECKOUT."
Fill in the requested information.
Remember to use your discount code if you have one.
Select your shipping method.
Continue to the payment method.

What Types Of Payment Are We Accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Play, Apple Pay and buy now play later (Klarna, Shop pay) All payment information entered on our site is confidential and secure.
When you choose PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna as your payment method, you'll be redirected to Thier's site to complete your order. You can check the status of your payment by logging in to your PayPal account.
We don't offer cash on delivery (COD).

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
My Order Status Is Unfullfilled, What Does This Mean?
If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
After your package has been shipped. We will send the tracking information via email.You just need to enter the tracking number to the track order page, or https://www.17track.net/ to track your package status
I Ordered The Wrong Size Or Color, What Should Do?
For the modification within 24 hours.Please contact our Support team for the assistance
I received a defective item. What do I do?
Please take a picture of the package your item came in (the quantity, weight, and address should be visible) and the item itself.

I Have Canceled My Order. When Will I Get My Money Back?
If you've successfully canceled your order, you'll receive a credit to your debit card, credit card, or PayPal account in 3 to 10 business days.
Do I Get Charged For Duties,Tax?
There are no addional charges for import duties for most case.But if there are an duties charged.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from different warehouses & factories that located in United States, China, Hong Kong, Thailand and more. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
How Do I Apply A Discount, Coupon Code?
To apply a discount code, coupon code simply go to your cart choose checkout and on the right side of the screen will be the total cost of your order.
Above the subtotal and shipping costs there will be a space where you can enter in your discount code or gift card code as well another space that will show your rewards points available and a button to apply the points to your purchase.
Can I Apply A Coupon Code After My Order Is Placed?
Unfortunately, we can't really re-apply discount code or coupon code after the order has been placed. Therefore please confirm and apply the discount code before you place the order
I never Received My Package, What Should I Do?
If your package is not arrived the destination within 60 days after the order has been placed. Please contact to our Support team .We will process a free replacement or full refund.
The refund policy may be nullified or extended due to random events such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or postal worker labor disputes that may impact various delivery locations.
But Please note that this policy do not include the error made by customer Ex.Customer provide incorrect shipping detail on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.
I am Not Satisfied With The Printing Quality Or I Received The Wrong Item, What Should I Do?
We will try our best to ensure that you will receive the quality product and accuracy order . If you received defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise due to manufacturer error.We will process the replacement to you.All detail we need from you are 1. order number 2.clear photo showing you get incorrect item, poor quality of printing, defective area

I Have My Own Design, Can I Send It And Make It Printed On A Product?
Sure! A minimum of 30 items are required . Just send us your design to support@grizzshopping.com and product type , color and size detail that you want to print
