WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE WE ACCEPTED?

I DON'T HAVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT. CAN I STILL PLACE THE ORDER?

The answer is yes .If you don't have Paypal account please choose the option Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

    HOW MUCH FOR SHIPPING COST?

    AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    Due to all of our product are handmade and made to order . It may take 5-9 bussiness day for the production process.You will receive a notification email when your package was shipped

      MY ORDER STATUS IS UNFULFILLED, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

      If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.

      HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

      After your package has been shipped. We will send the tracking information via email.You just need to enter the tracking number to the track order page, or https://www.17track.net/ to track your package status

       

      I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOR, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

      For the modification within 12 hours.Please contact our Support team for the assistance 

      WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM?

      Due to we have different supplier in the different country.Your package may shipped seperatly, even if you've specified combined shipping.

      INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - DO I GET CHARGED FOR DUTIES,TAX?

      There are no addional charges for import duties for most case.But if there are an duties charged.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

      Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

       

      WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

      Due to we have the supplier in the different country Mostly located in United States, China, Hong Kong, Thailand and more. Therefore, please expect your package may be shipped separately (For more than 1 item) from different supplier, different country

      HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT, COUPON CODE?

      To apply a discount code, coupon code simply go to your cart choose checkout and on the right side of the screen will be the total cost of your order.

      Above the subtotal and shipping costs there will be a space where you can enter in your discount code or gift card code as well another space that will show your rewards points available and a button to apply the points to your purchase.

      CAN I APPLY A COUPON CODE AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

      Unfortunately, we can't really re-apply discount code or coupon code after the order has been placed. Therefore please confirm and apply the discount code before you place the order

       

      I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

      If your package is not arrived the destination within 60 days after the order has been placed. Please contact to our Support team .We will process a free replacement or full refund. 

      But Please note that this policy do not include the error made by customer Ex.Customer provide incorrect shipping detail on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

      I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRINTING QUALITY OR I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

       We will try our best to ensure that you will receive the quality product and accuracy order . If you received defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise due to manufacturer error.We will process the replacement to you.All detail we need from you are 1. order number 2.clear photo showing you get incorrect item, poor quality of printing, defective area

      I HAVE MY OWN DESIGN, CAN I SEND IT AND MAKE IT PRINTED ON A PRODUCT?

      Sure! A minimum of 30 items are required . Just send us your design to support@grizzshopping.com and product type , color and size detail that you want to print
