How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed shortly after it is placed.

You can modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing our customer support at support@grizzshopping.com. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it can no longer be modified.

Production time

All products on Grizzshopping are made-to-order. This means that each item is printed, handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from our facility specifically for your order. As a result, it may take a little longer to process your order than if you were purchasing a pre-made item. However, we believe that the wait is worth it to ensure that you receive a high-quality product that you love!

Owing to specific US and international holidays, particularly during peak seasons, domestic and international deliveries may be delayed by an additional 7 days.

We make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order. However, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, service outages, delivery processes offered by each courier.

 

When will I receive tracking information?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is fulfilled. You can track the delivery status by clicking the shipment link in the email. Alternatively, you can Track your Order by entering your order number and email address here.

Please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours for your package to be reflected in the forwarder's tracking system.

 

Why was my order divided into multiple packages?

The products were divided into multiple packages due to:

  • The items are too large or heavy to fit in a single package.
  • The items are being shipped from different warehouses.

 

Can I use PO Box or APO/FPO military addresses to receive my order?

If you use a PO Box or an APO/FPO military address, you may receive an email from our support team to confirm or request a new shipping address. This is because some shipping companies do not deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO military addresses.
